Vega Polishers are ideally suited for taming even the strongest high-performance ceramics. Possessing a high concentration of specially developed diamond grains, our Vega Polishers provide technicians a tool that works quickly yet gently, leaving behind an extremely smooth surface. Having control makes all the difference, and with Vega Polishers, you’ll have the right tools for the job.
Materials
All types of zirconia – high strength, high translucency and more. Lithium disilicate pressable ceramics like e.max and LiSi.
Use
With zirconia, many techs find the coarse grit the perfect starting point. While on lithium disilicate, they’ll go straight to the medium grit. However you decide to use them, you’ll soon have the perfect system for contouring, pre-polishing and final high-shine polishing.
Grits
The coarse grit is often used for making adjustments and contouring. The medium grit will make light contouring, smoothing and pre-polishing a simple task. The fine grit delivers a final high shine without the use of polishing pastes.
